Data research, brainstorm, ideate on campaigns
Develop influencer strategy campaigns to develop and implement big-picture campaign ideas for influencer and creator activations across our Brand Partnership clients
Working on post-campaign report analysis and presenting it to the client with next steps and recommendation
Help identify new social channels for Influencer content
Be an early adopter of social media trends and technology with evolving time
Stay on top of trends with knowledge of all major social platforms including Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok, + TikTok Shop
Capable of working independently, but is also an excellent team player
Organized, deadline-oriented work ethic; relentless attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines at once
Present editorial plans and performance reports to clients
Knowledge of social media and social commerce landscape and marketing to differing audience segments
Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Command over speaking and writing in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluency is essential
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of working Experience taking projects from concept to execution
Proven experience in social media, content writing, or similar roles
Excellent grammar and writing skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Strong copy direction and brand strategy experience
Deep understanding of storytelling across varied social formats
Very organized, able to manage a ton of things simultaneously
Collaborative, passionate, and skilled mentor and team leader
Presenting campaign and pitch presentation with conviction and confidence
Writing excellent, target market-related copy for social media x creator and platforms.
