What You Will Do:
- Brainstorm and develop end-to-end content strategies for various brand campaigns.
- Research audience insights, competitor movements, and upcoming digital trends.
- Collaborate with Project Manager & Talent&Art Division
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize content performance across social media platforms.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Social Media Specialist, Content Planner or similar role.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) and digital marketing.
- Strong copywriting, communication, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with the creative team.
- Based in or willing to work on-site in Surabaya.
