Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Content Specialist to join our team on-site in Surabaya, Indonesia. The Content Specialist will be responsible for designing and executing content strategies, writing and managing web content, and ensuring consistency across all communication platforms. Day-to-day activities include developing compelling content, managing its distribution across channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create engaging narratives aligned with the TATG brand personality.

• Strong skills in Content Creation and Content Strategy to produce impactful and cohesive content.
• Exceptional Writing and Content Management abilities to ensure quality and consistency across all formats.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Analytical thinking and creativity to generate innovative strategies for connecting with TATG's audience.
• Experience with digital content tools and an understanding of audience engagement techniques.
• A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Passion for personal care, lifestyle, and empowering individuals in their healing journeys is a strong plus.
