Content Specialist (Maternity Replacement)

Qualifications:

• Minimum S1 in a related field
• Proficient in CapCut, Canva, TikTok, and Instagram; familiarity with Photoshop is a strong advantage
• Creative, detail oriented, and able to produce aesthetic and elegant content
• Strong copywriting skills and the ability to represent the brand voice of Echo Nusantara
• Good public speaking skills are highly preferred
• Able to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written)
• Updated with current digital trends and social media best practices
• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop content plans and calendars to ensure consistent publishing across channels
• Create and implement an effective content strategy
• Edit images and videos using basic tools (CapCut & Canva)
• Produce compelling copywriting for marketing materials and social media captions
• Publish engaging content aligned with relevant topics and emerging trends
• Schedule and manage content across TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite
• Collaborate with design and digital marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging and visuals
• Maintain consistency with brand voice and style guidelines
• Plan, schedule, and host TikTok Live sessions for brand awareness, products, or events
• Engage actively with audiences by responding to comments and answering questions during live sessions.
