Role Overview
This is a paid, hybrid internship based in Surabaya, offering hands-on experience in Learning & Development area and the opportunity to contribute to real projects alongside our team.
As a Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating meaningful and engaging content that strengthens The Hyouman's brand presence across digital channels. This role combines content strategy, storytelling, copywriting, and social media execution to help communicate our expertise in strengths, leadership, education, and people development.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and manage content calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Generate content ideas based on audience insights, trends, and campaign goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate expertise into engaging content.
Content Creation
- Create social media content (Reels, carousels, static posts, articles, newsletters).
- Write compelling copy for social media, website, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Transform workshop insights, assessment findings, and thought leadership into audience-friendly content.
Social Media Management
- Manage content publishing across social media platforms.
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement and reach.
- Support community engagement and audience interaction.
Requirements
- Undergraduate/Fresh Graduate from Desain Komunikasi Visual (DKV)/Similar, or any major with relevant experience, exposure, or a portfolio in social media content creation and design.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiar with Canva and video editing tools (CapCut or equivalent).
- Able to translate complex concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand content.
- Proactive, creative, and highly organized.
- Interested in leadership, education, psychology, or people development.
Nice To Have
- SEO and content marketing knowledge.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools.
