As a Content Production Staff, you will focus on executing content production based on approved briefs and campaign requirements. Working closely with marketing and creative teams, you will produce photos, videos, and social media content while ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery. This role is perfect for someone who is active on social media, understands content trends, and enjoys creating content from concept execution through final production.

What You'll Do

• Produce photo, video, and social media content based on approved content briefs and campaign requirements.
• Execute content production activities, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
• Adapt content into various formats suitable for different social media platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is delivered according to timelines and objectives.
• Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, and platform best practices to enhance execution quality.
• Ensure content quality, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Manage production assets and organize content files for efficient use and distribution.
• Support campaign execution through timely and effective content delivery.

What You'll Bring to the Team

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Multimedia, Broadcasting, Design, Marketing, or related field.
• Active social media user with strong awareness of current content trends and audience preferences.
• Experience in content production, photography, videography, or video editing is preferred.
• Proficiency in content creation and editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of content formats across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Ability to execute content based on creative briefs and production requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
