Taman Safari Indonesia is looking for an Operations Content & Communications Specialist to support Head Office Operations in delivering effective content, communications, and operational materials across multiple Business Units.
This role will work closely with Group Heads, operational departments, Business Units, creative agencies, and vendors to ensure communication materials and operational projects are delivered consistently, professionally, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate presentations, signage, brochures, internal communications, and operational collateral.
- Translate operational initiatives into clear, engaging, and practical communication materials.
- Coordinate creative agencies, designers, and vendors, including briefs, timelines, deliverables, and quality control.
- Support social media and content development for operational activities, events, initiatives, and departmental updates.
- Coordinate communication requirements across Head Office and Business Units.
- Support cross-functional projects, campaigns, events, presentations, and operational initiatives.
- Maintain project documentation, track timelines and deliverables, and ensure timely follow-up.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Design, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in communications, content development, marketing, project coordination, or operational support.
- Experience coordinating agencies, vendors, or creative partners is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination, multitasking, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
- Familiarity with design or content-production tools is an advantage.
- Pleasant personality with a strong hospitality and service-oriented mindset.
