Job Description:

We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team as Content Moderators in Yogyakarta. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about digital platforms and ensuring a safe, high-quality online experience for users.

As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing online content, identifying violations of platform guidelines, and taking appropriate actions to maintain a positive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, and videos)

Ensure content complies with internal guidelines and standards

Identify and escalate potential risks or violations

Maintain productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced environment

Collaborate with team leads to improve moderation processes

Ideal Candidate Criteria:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Basic to intermediate English communication skills

Strong attention to detail and consistency

Able to make objective decisions based on policy guidelines

Comfortable with digital tools and working on computers

Willing to work on-site in Yogyakarta

Open to shift-based work, including weekends or public holidays
