What does it take to turn a working campus into a daily feed of short-form video and written dispatches that people actually trust This is a Content & Media Intern producing the Bali campus launch pipeline for Zero-X: short-form video and written dispatches from the Bali campus, published daily across the ten-account feed. Zero-X turns waste into clean power with AI, and the daily public cadence is the receipt. The proof employers hire on is a public run of daily work you can point to and say you ran it. Everyone has a degree. Almost nobody has proof. The camera, the script, the edit, the caption, the retention curve, and the next-morning fix sit on your desk.

What you build

Daily short-form video cuts and written dispatches are produced by you.
The weekly content calendar — scripts, drafts, edits, publishing, and a performance review against the ten-account feed — is assembled by you.
Distribution variants — titles, thumbnails, hooks, and platform-specific trims — land on your desk each morning, so one story travels across ten accounts.
The Friday analytics report is on the hook: what held attention, what did not, and the Monday fix named.
Monday reset / Friday ship — send what you built.

The bar

A short-form video cut made outside coursework, with the retention drop named before anyone asks.
A written dispatch that explains a complex idea in under two hundred words, without burying the point.
You can sit with an edit until the first three seconds hold, not just look good.
A content calendar another person can run without you in the room.

Where you do it — and why here

So the program runs on-site in Canggu, Bali. A modern company costs twelve people and a toolchain — so being wrong six times a year is part of how we build. What this location buys is attention, not a view. The campus is 4,000 sqm, and the people who run the companies are on it every day. The morning edit ships from a desk where the people who run the feed can look over and say it is not ready. The feed resets every morning; the version that ships is the one that survives the room. Epic Solutions PT runs the on-site program in Canggu, Bali. This is on-site, one fixed cohort, and the day starts with the feed. You are not here for the view; you are here because the cadence is harder when nobody is watching, and that is exactly the point.

Terms

Unpaid under Indonesian law. A room is available on campus — rent paid by you. Epic Solutions PT hosts the on-site program and assists with the C22B internship visa process; the visa fee is yours. Daily lunch on us.

Requirements

A degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or equivalent — you have proven you can finish something.
Claude Code, Hermes, or Codex driven every day, with the AI's mistakes caught and fixed.
A thing you made that nobody asked you to make, with the result shown in the application.
On-site for the full run.
