Create copywriting and content guidelines for daily social media content.
Plan content plans and marketing strategies for campaigns, store activations, events, and other marketing activities.
Capture and produce engaging visual and video content for social media (non-editorial).
Develop creative content ideas to support sales and marketing initiatives across digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.
Assist in researching references and concepts for editorial video content for production purposes.
Plan and execute launch strategies for new collections or products across social media and other digital channels.
Ensure the quality of content produced by other divisions aligns with established marketing standards.
Evaluate content performance to achieve the predetermined KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director, Marketing team, Production team (Design & Video), and KOL team to execute content strategies.
Requirements
Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital channels.
Up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, digital content trends, and social media trends.
Proven experience in developing content strategies, campaign concepts, and social media content planning.
Strong creative thinking with the ability to develop engaging and high-impact content ideas for fashion brands.
Able to lead and manage end-to-end content planning, from ideation to execution.
Skilled in capturing photos and videos for social media content, especially for fashion products, campaigns, and store activities.
Strong sense of visual aesthetics, styling direction, and brand identity, particularly in the fashion industry.
Able to analyze content performance, insights, and KPIs to optimize content strategies and campaign results.
Experienced in planning and executing product launches, fashion campaigns, and brand activations across digital platforms.
Able to collaborate and coordinate with Creative Director, Marketing Team, Production Team, and KOL/Influencer Team.
Able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and highly passionate about fashion and digital content.
Having a strong portfolio of social media content, campaigns, or creative projects is highly preferred.
