Responsibilities
As a Content Marketing Officer you'll create creative content that resonates with Odoo's audience, whether it's through writing blog articles, whitepapers, or promotional materials, etc. You'll need to master Odoo's ins and outs, turning complex information into easy-to-understand content. We're seeking a go-getter with a proactive mindset and a passion for delivering value.
This role will involve planning, producing, and writing content that promotes Odoo's products and educates our audience. You will work closely with internal teams across different countries and manage the content lifecycle, ensuring that all materials are accurate, well-structured, and impactful.
Your responsibilities include:
- Strong Professional Writing Skills with strong grammar in Bahasa Indonesia, with intermediate English writing and communication skills
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage long-term projects from initiation to completion with an effective system for tracking progress.
- Sense of Responsibility: Acts as the gatekeeper for certain projects and serves as the main point of contact for others.
- Patience: Necessary for working with Odoo's website and blogpost app, which can sometimes be challenging.
- Creativity: Capable of developing new content formats and innovative ways to present the same story.
- Customer Storytelling: Friendly and approachable, making it easy for customers to share their experiences.
- Curiosity: Eager to dig deeper into each customer story to uncover valuable insights.
- Clear Communication: Ability to explain ideas in simple, written English, considering most of our customers are non-native speakers.
- Long-Form Article Writing: Comfortable with creating detailed content, such as business hacks and in-depth articles; in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Research Skills: Strong research abilities and good sense of trends; able to develop a new content from scratch
