We are looking for a Content Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are passionate about content creation, love turning complex concepts into compelling stories, and want hands-on experience learning the business side of digital marketing in a fast-paced tech startup.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Assist in drafting, editing, and producing high-quality marketing content across multiple channels, including social media, blogs, newsletters, website copy, and promotional materials.
- Research & Ideation: Capability to research industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to support daily content development and contribute fresh ideas in creative brainstorming sessions.
- Performance Tracking: Use basic analytics and dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn/Instagram Insights) to measure content performance and report metrics to senior team members.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team on ongoing campaigns by preparing necessary copy and content collaterals.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related fields.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia with strong copywriting and professional writing skills in both languages.
- Experience writing blogs, newsletters, or creative articles (can be from a personal blog, campus magazine, freelance projects, etc.).
- Basic understanding of content marketing, digital marketing concepts, and familiarity with social media content trends.
- Highly creative, proactive, eager to learn, with good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to organize your own workload, handle multiple tasks, and deliver content on schedule to meet tight deadlines.
