We are looking for a Content Manager to lead our integrated digital ecosystem — from paid media and social media to community and KOL management — driving brand awareness, engagement, and measurable growth.
What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives, brand positioning, and target audience insights.
- Plan, produce, and manage high-quality content across digital platforms (website, social media, email, in-app, campaign assets).
- Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitors to identify content opportunities that strengthen engagement and support brand goals.
- Lead end-to-end content production including briefing, storyline development, scriptwriting, copywriting, visual direction, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Creative, Social Media, Performance) to ensure content consistency and alignment across all channels.
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, tone of voice, and enhances brand storytelling and messaging.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools to evaluate effectiveness (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions), and recommend improvements.
- Manage content calendars to ensure timely execution of campaigns and BAU activities.
- Work with agencies, creators, and external partners as needed to enhance content quality and output.
- Manage budget allocations for content production to ensure efficiency and optimal results.
- Maintain strong communication and relationships with internal stakeholders to support business initiatives through impactful content.
- Foster a collaborative, creative, and high-performing content team culture.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication, Business Management, Communication, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in content-related roles (content strategy, content creation, editorial, creative), with 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory position.
- Strong experience in the beauty, skincare, or dermatology industry is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and apply insights for content optimization.
- Proven skills in storytelling, copywriting, conceptualization, and multi-platform content development.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Passion for digital content, brand storytelling, and staying ahead of consumer and industry trends.
