We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Content Creative Manager to lead, develop, and execute engaging content across digital platforms. This role is responsible for managing the creative team, ensuring content aligns with brand identity, and driving audience engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with marketing and brand objectives
Lead, manage, and mentor content creators, designers, and social media teams
Oversee content production including ideation, scripting, storytelling, and publishing
Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms
Analyze content performance and optimize strategies based on insights and data
Collaborate with marketing, branding, and sales teams for campaign execution
Manage content calendars, timelines, and production workflows
Stay updated with digital trends, social media algorithms, and content innovations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Creative Media, or related field
Proven experience as a Content Manager, Creative Manager, or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills
Deep understanding of social media platforms and content trends
Ability to think creatively and strategically under tight deadlines
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Skills
Experience with UGC, influencer marketing, and brand activation campaigns
Familiar with content analytics tools and performance metrics
Knowledge of video production, short-form content, and creative direction
