Job Description

Responsibilities

Creating and uploading content (both photos and videos) to provide informative and engaging information that captures the interest of customers.
Enhancing engagement by promptly responding to questions and interactions from customers.
Approaching and managing data or profiles related to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for consideration in partnership decisions.
Building and maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support operational efficiency.
Managing administrative tasks and reports related to community activities to ensure organized records and accountability.
Assisting in the creation of administrative documents to support operational smoothness within the department.

Requirements

Does it match your criteria

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing Communication, or Design Communication Visual (DKV), or a recent graduate.
Previous internship experience or up to 1 year of experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Intern is advantageous.
Proficiency in basic photo and video editing tools such as Adobe, Canva, etc.
Familiarity with Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management, content ideation, and copywriting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
