Based in New Gisborne, they specialise in end-to-end steel fabrication and installation — from design and engineering to architectural projects like floating stairs, steel cladding, and bespoke sculptures. Responsibilities
- Edit long-form videos into short-form content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
- Repurpose one recording into multiple content formats
- Write captions, hooks, titles, and calls to action
- Add subtitles, graphics, branding, and supporting media
- Create simple graphic assets when needed
- Organise and maintain content libraries
- Manage the content calendar and publishing schedule
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
- Ensure content is consistent with each brand's voice and guidelines
- Track content performance and prepare simple weekly reports
- Work directly with the Director to identify content ideas and priorities
- Stay updated on social media trends and content formats
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or video editing
- Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
- Excellent written English, with the ability to write strong captions, hooks, and calls to action
- Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook content formats
- Experience repurposing long-form content into short-form social media content
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a content calendar
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Basic design skills using Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Experience using AI/content tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Descript, Opus Clip, or CapCut is a plus
- Experience working with founders, personal brands, construction, manufacturing, or B2B businesses is a plus
