Content Designer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Designer based in Tangerang. The Content Designer will be responsible for creating, planning, and managing content strategies that align with the company's brand and messaging goals. Primary responsibilities include developing compelling written content, conducting research to inform design and communication strategies, and efficiently managing content libraries and workflows. The Content Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive communication and an engaging user experience across all platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Content Design, Content Strategy, and developing user-focused content approaches
• Strong skills in Communication and Research to support effective content creation and collaboration
• Experience with Content Management systems and maintaining organized content libraries
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of creativity
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
• Previous experience in the organic or wellness industry is an advantage
