Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Content Creator based in Tangerang. The Content Creator will be responsible for producing engaging content across multiple platforms, brainstorming creative ideas, managing content calendars, and aligning content strategies with the company's brand. Day-to-day tasks include writing, editing, visual content creation, and collaborating with the marketing and design teams to execute campaigns effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute engaging content ideas for social media
• Edit and produce short-form video content
• Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts
• Support daily social media operations when needed
• Monitor and analyze content performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation or related field
• Confident in communication and public speaking
• Up-to-date with social media trends (especially short-form content)
• Skilled in video editing tools (e.g. CapCut)
• Able to handle multiple tasks and accounts
• Detail-oriented and responsible
• Familiar with tools like Notion is a plus
