Job Description
As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing creative, engaging, and impactful content for our social media platforms and internal branding campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute creative content ideas (photo, video, caption, reels, etc.) for social media and company events
- Plan, shoot, and edit visual materials for marketing campaigns
- Write engaging captions, taglines, and storytelling content that match brand tone
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaign planning and execution
- Stay updated with social media trends and new content formats
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, or related fields
- 1–2 years of experience in content creation or social media (fresh graduates with strong portfolio are welcome)
- Proficient in photo/video editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Strong sense of creativity and visual storytelling
- Familiar with social media algorithms and engagement strategies
Preferred Skills
- Experience in photography or videography is a plus
- Comfortable in front of the camera (for company reels/tiktok content)
- Able to write bilingual content (English/Indonesian) is an advantage
