Content Creator

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Provide interestring ideas and concepts for creating TikTok Content
• Participate in the production of TikTok Content (including video shooting, creation, caption and voiceovers)
• Plan concepts and strategis for TikTok development
• Handle the end to end process of creating TikTok Content
• Manage everything related to content creation
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content strategis with business goals
• Conduct research to understand audience needs and stay updated on industry trends
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Minumum education : Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communication Science or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position and field
• Proficient in social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok
• Skilled in content editing (Capcut, VN, etc.)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Familiarty with SEO Principles and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas
