Our customers have included restaurant chains, four and five-star hotels, event/wedding organizers, museums, hospitals, and even professional sports teams.

Job Description:

• Create content for our social media accounts including creative skits and live event coverage
• Regularly prepare, launch, and monitor ads on our Social Media Platform Accounts
• Work with the founder and the content team to plan, shoot, edit, and upload highly engaging contents on our e-commerce and social media accounts
• Develop and regularly monitor monthly and weekly content plans
• Attend and document our events to create promotional materials as needed
• Conduct frequent research on what content trends are happening in social media
• Get to know Lucy the Bird, our beloved mascot

Qualifications

• MOST IMPORTANT: You have a passion to create contents that make people engaged (getting them to feel emotions: joy, sadness, anger, curiosity, etc.). A content that cannot make its audience engaged is not an effective content. (We will test you this on the interview)
• SECOND MOST IMPORTANT: You have the technical skills to create your content ideas into reality; proficiency with video tools such as Capcut, Invideo, as well as other video elements (lighting, audio, AI implementation) is a must. (We will test you this on the interview)
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed. Experience in the Media/Publication field is a plus
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Plus points for other languages
• Solid knowledge of how Instagram, Tiktok, and other social media platforms work
• Plus points for knowledge of Digital Marketing
