Key Responsibilities

•⁠  ⁠Own the end-to-end content creation process for Kitar ID's social media account

•⁠  ⁠Write compelling short-form scripts tailored for short video (i.e TikTok) trends and local culture

•⁠  ⁠Collaborate with on-camera talents to film creative and authentic content

•⁠  ⁠Edit videos with a strong storytelling sense and viral hook in the first 3 seconds

•⁠  ⁠Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar

•⁠  ⁠Stay updated on short video trends and audience behavior to optimize content strategy

•⁠  ⁠Analyze content performance and iterate based on data and feedback

Requirement

•⁠  ⁠Proven experience creating content for TikTok or other short video platforms

•⁠  ⁠Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or other relevant tools)

Excellent sense of storytelling, timing, and trend awareness

•⁠  ⁠Highly creative and proactive, with an eye for what captures attention

•⁠  ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team
