We are looking for a Content Creator Intern to support RPC and its affiliate brands in producing high-quality digital content.
Role Overview
The Content Creator Intern will support the development and execution of digital content across RPC's communication channels and selected affiliate brands. This role is suitable for active university students who are interested in content creation, social media, and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Edit photos and videos for social media use
- Support content production for:
- RPC corporate channels (thought leadership, behind-the-scenes, events)
- RPC affiliate brands (beauty, wellness, FMCG)
- Assist in content ideation, trend research, and format development
- Support basic content planning and posting schedules
- Assist during content shoots, workshops, or internal events when required
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a university student (internship / magang requirement)
- Able to edit videos using tools such as CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Comfortable shooting content using a smartphone
- Good visual sense for composition, lighting, and aesthetics
- Familiar with social media platforms and current content trends
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and follow creative direction
Professional experience is not required; a strong portfolio or sample work is highly valued
