About the Role

Join the Employer Branding team and help bring our employer brand to life through engaging content. You'll support the creation of social media content, employee stories, recruitment campaigns, and talent attraction initiatives that showcase our culture and opportunities.

Responsibilitie

• sAssist in planning and creating content for employer branding and recruitment campaigns
• .Develop content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, etc.)
• .Create visual assets, short-form videos, and copywriting materials
• .Support content shooting, interviewing employees, and documenting company events
• .Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• .Stay updated on social media trends and propose creative content ideas

Requiremen

• tsCurrently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Public Relations, Psychology, or related field
• s.Strong interest in content creation, social media, and employer brandin
• g.Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tool
• s.Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilitie
• s.Excellent written and verbal communication skill
• s.Active on social media and familiar with current digital trend
• s.Available for a minimum internship period of 3–6 month
