Content Creation & On-Cam Talent (Primary Scope)

  • Lead end-to-end UGC content creation: concepting, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing.
  • Act as on-screen talent content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
  • Develop content ideas that are aligned with our brand positioning, value proposition, and key content pillars.
  • Adapt content to different formats (feed posts, stories, short videos, etc.).
  • Maintain visual and narrative consistency across recurring content pillars.
  • Own success metrics associated with UGC content

Social Media & Daily Operations

  • Schedule & post daily social media content, ensuring quality, accuracy and consistency
  • Support daily and weekly social media activities: IG Stories, highlights, reposts, and basic maintenance.
  • Help ensure content is platform-native and up-to-date with current social trends.

Administrative & Workflow Processes (Shared Scope)

  • Create and manage CCRs (for UGC, thumbnails, static/motion KV, IGS, and other assets).
  • Coordinate approval flows with Brand, CA, Compliance, and Risk.
  • Update and maintain internal trackers (OM tracker, SM tracker, giveaway tracker, content performance sheets, procurement-related trackers, etc.).
  • Support giveaway operations: screening nominees, doing eligibility checks, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and updating dashboards.
  • Assist in content review cycles from external KOL platforms (tracking submissions, giving feedback, following up on revisions).
  • Support user testimony cycles: shortlisting, clearance process, coordination with relevant teams, and content scheduling.
  • Assist with article generation and clearance processes (liaising with Brand, CA, Compliance, Risk, SEO, and PR where needed).
  • Provide support for offline events and retail activities, mainly for content capture and basic coordination.

Requirements

  • Comfortable and confident being on camera; strong screen presence and articulation.
  • Presentable appearance and able to act/perform for short-form content.
  • Non-religious attire is required for this role, in line with on-camera branding and styling requirements.
  • Strong interest in content creation, social media trends, and storytelling.
  • Basic to intermediate skills in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut or similar).
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
  • Bonus: prior experience creating personal social content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) or a portfolio of previous work.
