Role Overview
We're hiring a Content Creator to create performance-driven content for:
- Marktivo's own brand
- Client brands across multiple industries
This role is for someone who understands that content is part of a system not a standalone deliverable. You'll work closely with strategy, paid media, and account teams to turn ideas into content that attracts, educates, and converts.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation (Marktivo + Clients)
- Create short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) for agency and client brands
- Develop content ideas aligned with brand positioning and campaign goals
- Write scripts, captions, hooks, and on-screen copy
- Repurpose content across platforms while maintaining brand voice
Campaign & Performance Support
- Produce content that supports paid ads, lead generation, and booking funnels
- Adapt creative based on campaign performance and feedback
- Work with media buyers to improve creative effectiveness (hooks, angles, formats)
Brand Adaptation
- Understand and adapt to different client brand tones and audiences
- Maintain clarity, consistency, and quality across multiple brands
- Ensure all content meets premium visual and messaging standards
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
- Proven experience creating content for brands or clients (agency experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of short-form video storytelling
- Ability to switch tone and style across different brands
- Comfortable working with feedback and performance metrics
- Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with performance or direct-response content
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut)
- Familiarity with paid ads creative and UGC-style formats
- Understanding of funnels, leads, and conversion-focused marketing
KPIs & Success Metrics
- Consistent content delivery for Marktivo and client accounts
- Engagement quality (watch time, saves, shares)
- Creative contribution to lead generation and campaign performance
- Speed of iteration and improvement
- Client satisfaction and brand alignment
