Content Creator - Freelance

Work Arrangement

• On-site: 23 times per month at Destec office (for content discussion and/or content shooting)
• Remote: Flexible, based on content needs

Job Description

• Create short-form content for Destec's social media platforms (Instagram & TikTok).
• Act as on-camera talent when required, especially for product education and usage content.
• Collaborate with the internal Marketing team to understand content briefs and align messaging with brand guidelines.
• Conduct content shooting during scheduled on-site visits and/or remotely when applicable.
• Perform basic video editing for social media-ready formats.
• Submit content previews and revise content based on internal feedback.
• Ensure timely delivery according to the agreed content plan.

Qualifications

Mandatory

• Proven experience as a Content Creator (freelance), attached portfolio (any format).
• Comfortable and confident appearing in front of the camera.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content formats and trends.
• Able to translate product or technical information into simple, easy-to-understand content.
• Able to conduct basic video editing for short-form content (CapCut).
• Available for on-site visits 23 times per month in Tangerang.
• Good communication skills and responsive to feedback.

Preferred

• Fresh graduate with experience freelance content creation
• Familiarity with brand guideline-based content.
• Own basic content production tools (smartphone, tripod, microphone, lighting).
• Understanding of basic social media performance metrics.
