As An Content Creator, You Will
- Develop and create daily content for social media according to brand's strandard
- Collaborate and brainstorm content plans and strategies with the editorial and social media teams to optimize content formats and performance
- Stay up to date with trends in social media and digital platforms (TikTok, Reels Instagram)
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions)
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in content creating, preferably in the beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry
- Strong aesthetic sense and ability to identify the best product angles, especially for makeup content
- Proficient in photo and video shooting techniques (using either smartphone or camera)
- Actively follows trends such as Get Ready With Me, makeup challenges, tutorials, and other beauty-related content
- Creative and capable of generating engaging, out-of-the-box content ideas
- Ability to pose, perform voice-overs, and appear confidently on camera is a strong plus
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta
