This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surabaya for a Content Creator specializing in food and beverages (F&B). The Content Creator will be responsible for developing captivating and engaging content, including photos, videos, and written materials, to promote CAP Group's brands across online and offline platforms. Responsibilities include content planning, executing creative campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, managing social media channels, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness.

• Proficiency in creative content creation, including photography, videography, and storytelling
• Experience in social media management, content planning, and campaign execution
• Strong writing and copy-editing skills, with the ability to create compelling captions and F&B-related content
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills
• Knowledge of marketing and branding principles relevant to the food and beverage industry
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetic standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is a plus
