Job Summary
The Content Creator Specialist is responsible for developing engaging content across various platforms, aligning with brand guidelines and market trends. This role involves comprehensive research, content creation (videos, photos, graphics, articles), utilization of digital publishing tools, and optimization for SEO. The specialist will analyze web traffic to measure content success and collaborate with the marketing team to meet deadlines. Requirements include a diploma in communication or related field, proven content creation experience, strong multimedia editing skills, proficiency with CMS, excellent writing in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and familiarity with SEO principles.
Responsibilities
- Research on industry-related topics.
- Create various content types (videos, photos, graphics, articles, infographics, animation, etc) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides of the brand.
- Utilize various digital publishing platforms to create structured drafts.
- Target content to specific audiences and focus on trending topics within the market.
- Incorporate blog and social media posts in both websites and social media platforms like Facebook or LinkedIn.
- Conduct keyword research and employ SEO best practices to optimize content.
- Analyze web traffic to measure the success of the content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates).
Requirements
- Minimum of diploma graduate in communication, mass media, or similar field.
- Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
- Able to take photos, videos and edit them.
- Good editing and graphic software skills.
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces.
- Time-management skills.
- Familiarity with SEO or keywords.
- Able to take initiative or help the team member within the department to meet the deadline.
