Content Creator & Affiliate Specialist/Supervisor

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tangerang for a Content Creator & Affiliate Specialist/Supervisor. The role involves planning, creating, and publishing content across digital channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials, aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. The specialist/supervisor will manage affiliate partnerships, recruit and onboard new affiliates, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. Daily tasks include coordinating with marketing and sales teams, analyzing content and affiliate metrics, preparing performance reports, and proposing data-driven improvements. The role also includes overseeing content calendars, maintaining consistent brand messaging, and supporting online campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications

• Strong content creation abilities, including copywriting, storytelling, and basic visual content production (e.g., social media posts, short videos, and product descriptions).
• Min 3 years in being talent.
• Min 3 years in managing affiliate or influencer programs, including recruitment, relationship management, performance tracking, and campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, such as social media marketing, email marketing, SEO basics, and e-commerce or online sales funnels.
• Solid organizational and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Analytical skills to interpret performance data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to content and affiliate strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional business context; proficiency in English and Indonesian is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Tangerang, collaborate effectively, and take initiative in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in beauty, wellness, or organic product industries is beneficial; a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
