Content Analyst
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Analyze content performance, audience behavior, and platform trends to support programming and content strategy decisions
- Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools for management review
- Identify opportunities across release strategy, audience targeting, content gaps, and monetisation optimization
- Support forecasting, competitive analysis, and business case development for acquisitions and original content
- Work cross-functionally with content, programming, marketing, and product teams to translate insights into action
- Bachelor's degree in Data, Economics, Business, Management, Mathematics and other relevant academic background with analytical focus
- Strong analytical skills with ability to turn performance data into actionable content recommendations
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) preferred
- Understanding and interest in streaming, digital media, TV, or entertainment content performance metrics
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills in fast-paced environments
