About The Team

Join Shopee's dynamic team to drive the growth of our content and engagement channels—including affiliate marketing, livestream, and video—by developing and executing strategies that empower sellers and brands to scale. In this role, you will manage projects end-to-end, transform data into actionable business insights, and collaborate closely with stakeholders across functions. We look for candidates with experience in strategy consulting, e-commerce, or startups, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proactive mindset to identify opportunities and deliver impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Strategy and Planning: Create strategy and plan for content & engagement (e.g affiliate marketing, livestream, video) business depending on potential business growth and issues, especially regarding to sellers and brands
Project Management and Execution: Translate strategy into tangible plan to execute and run execution of project end-to-end until evaluation, including running ad-hoc projects from time to time
Stakeholder Management: Maintain communication and collaboration with relevant stakeholders in order to achieve key goals
Continuous Improvement: Identify and improve on day-to-day flow in order to achieve higher productivity

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any related major, with around 4+ years of experience
Previous working experience in a strategy/management consulting / startup / e-commerce role is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking - able to breakdown problem statements into sub-tasks and actionable items, strong at analyzing and interpreting data into business insights
High ownership - highly self-driven, proactive in finding growth opportunities, and committed to find effective solutions to problems
Structured verbal and written communication - including good PowerPoint and excel skills, able to present to management team
Be able to work both as individual contributor as well as team player
