Job Description

We're Hiring: Customer Service Leader

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the customer service team to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Monitor daily operations, team performance, and service quality
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure effective resolution
  • Set team targets and ensure KPIs and service level agreements are met
  • Provide coaching, training, and regular performance feedback to team members
  • Coordinate with internal departments to improve customer satisfaction
  • Prepare reports and analyze customer service performance data

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Leader / Supervisor
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle pressure
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Familiar with customer service tools and reporting systems
