We're Hiring: Customer Service Leader
Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the customer service team to deliver excellent customer experience
- Monitor daily operations, team performance, and service quality
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure effective resolution
- Set team targets and ensure KPIs and service level agreements are met
- Provide coaching, training, and regular performance feedback to team members
- Coordinate with internal departments to improve customer satisfaction
- Prepare reports and analyze customer service performance data
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Leader / Supervisor
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle pressure
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Familiar with customer service tools and reporting systems
