Conduct weekly consumer data collection through direct interaction with users.
Contact and communicate with users on a daily basis through phone calls or other communication channels to gather feedback, insights, and user experiences.
Conduct regular market visits to observe consumer behavior, product usage, and market dynamics.
Collect qualitative and quantitative insights from consumers based on predefined research objectives and guidelines.
Conduct structured interviews and ask relevant questions to understand consumer needs, preferences, experiences, and pain points.
Record and organize consumer feedback accurately and systematically.
Identify recurring feedback, trends, and key consumer insights from the collected data.
Prepare regular reports and summaries of consumer findings for the Consumer Insight and R&D teams.
Support the team in translating consumer feedback into actionable insights for product development and improvement.
Maintain proper documentation of consumer interactions, field activities, and research findings.
Perform other research and consumer insight activities as required by the team.
Qualifications
Final-year undergraduate student or fresh graduate from any major; preferably Marketing, Business, Communication, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, or other related fields.
Strong interest in consumer behavior, market research, and product development.
Comfortable communicating and interacting with different types of consumers.
Confident and comfortable making calls and conducting direct interviews with users.
Willing to conduct regular market visits and work in the field.
Good listening and interviewing skills with the ability to ask relevant follow-up questions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately capture consumer feedback.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and manage daily data collection targets.
