Consumer & Market Foresight Lead has to be the strategic early radar of Paragon by capturing consumer, shopper, and market signals, transforming them into foresight-driven insights that inform product innovation, brand growth, and business expansion strategies.
Signal Scanning & Early Detection
- Build and operate foresight frameworks to detect weak signals, emerging trends, and cultural shifts before they scale.
- Monitor consumers (end-users, shoppers), customers, channels, social media, trend makers, and communities as foresight sources.
- Develop Trend & Culture Radar and Quarterly Micro Trend Update.
Quantitative & Qualitative Insight Synthesis
- Lead integrated analysis across quant, qual, shopper, competitor, and market intelligence.
- Translate fragmented data into synthesized, actionable foresight.
- Partner with R&D, Brand, and Commercial to embed foresight into pipeline and go-to-market strategies.
Trend & Consumer Behavior Forecasting
- Provide annual Macro Trend Forecast and quarterly foresight refresh to anticipate category, channel, and consumer evolution.
- Identify unmet needs, white spaces, and innovation opportunities.
- Influence brand innovation ecosystem (category) and brand performance (brand-level).
Business & Competitive Radar
- Track and interpret business performance, competitive landscape, and Paragon brand positioning.
- Provide foresight-driven opportunities for Business Expansion and new market entries.
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
- Act as Control Tower linking HQ, country CMF, brand, shopper, and category teams.
- Translate foresight into strategic recommendations for Corporate, BBS, Commercial, BD, R&D, PID, and Regional Operations.
- Drive storytelling that inspires decision-makers with future-driven narratives, not just past insights.
