Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction for the Banking consulting practice, aligning with corporate priorities and market trends.
- Oversee P&L performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Clevel stakeholders within major banking and financial institutions.
- Lead business development initiatives, including opportunity identification, proposal creation, and deal closure.
- Ensure the delivery of highquality advisory and transformation services-covering digital banking, core banking modernization, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Mentor and develop consulting talent, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous capability building.
- Collaborate with regional/global leadership to leverage best practices and introduce innovative solutions to the Indonesian market.
- Serve as a senior representative in industry discussions, client meetings, and internal leadership forums.
The Successful Applicant
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 15-20 years of leadership experience in management consulting or senior roles within the banking/financial services industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead largescale transformation programs-such as digital banking initiatives, core banking implementation, or compliance modernization.
- Deep understanding of banking market dynamics and trends, especially in Southeast Asia.
- Proven leadership skills in managing crossfunctional teams within a matrix organization.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executivelevel influencing skills.
- Fluent in English; Japanese language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, highpressure environment while driving measurable outcomes.
