About the Role
PwC is seeking an experienced SAP Technical Integration Lead to join our dynamic technology consulting team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the technical integration strategy and execution for SAP implementations and transformations across diverse industry clients. You will work closely with functional teams, architects, and client stakeholders to design, build, and oversee robust integration solutions using SAP and non-SAP systems.
What Will You Do
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical integration solutions across SAP landscapes including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and cloud platforms.
- Manage SAP middleware tools such as SAP Process Integration (PI), Process Orchestration (PO), Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), IDocs, BAPIs, and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable integration architecture.
- Drive the end-to-end integration lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development oversight, testing, deployment, and support.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to integration developers and consultants.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code quality assessments, and ensure adherence to best practices in integration and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, providing timely solutions to minimize business disruptions.
- Support pre-sales activities by contributing to solution design, estimations, and technical proposals.
- Stay updated with emerging SAP technologies and recommend innovative approaches to improve integration capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with PwC's quality standards, governance frameworks, and security policies during all project phases.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degrees preferred.
- 8+ years of SAP technical experience with at least 3 years in a lead or managerial role focusing on integration.
- Deep expertise with SAP integration technologies such as SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, API management, IDocs, RFC, BAPIs, and web services.
- Proven track record delivering complex SAP integration projects end-to-end across diverse environments.
- Experience integrating SAP with other enterprise applications (CRM, SCM, middleware platforms).
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA architecture, and SAP Cloud Platform services.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring technical teams and driving best practices adoption.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices in SAP projects.
- SAP certifications in integration or related areas are a plus.
