We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations (S&O) and Indonesia Practice Driver to play a pivotal role in driving collaboration, efficiency, and impact across our Southeast Asia and Indonesia consulting practi
ces.
This role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of strategy execution and operational leadership, supporting PwC Consulting's regional leadership teams internally. You will be a trusted partner to senior leadership, helping unify teams across multiple markets and go-to-market models to deliver sustained value to our organiza
tion.

What We're Lo

- services.Exceptional organizational and communication skills, adept at leading team meetings, coordinating action items, and facilitating cross-team commu
- nication.Ability to cultivate strong relationships with client service teams and firm leadership, influencing and collaborating with senior stak
- eholders.Comfort working with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced, start-up-like culture, demonstrating independence and sound
