Job Description

We are looking for a driven, curious consultant who thrives on complexity — someone who can sit across from a CEO, diagnose what is really holding the organization back, and design solutions that actually get implemented. About the Role:

As part of the Consulting and Innovation Team, you will manage end-to-end consulting engagements across diverse industries — from diagnosing capability and execution gaps, designing scalable solutions, through to disciplined on-the-ground delivery and impact evaluation. You will work across three core solution areas:

Corporate University Development

  • Design Corporate University strategy, governance frameworks, and multi-year development roadmaps aligned to organizational goals.
  • Develop and deliver capability-building programs for Corporate University stakeholders including Deans of Academies, Learning Partners, and internal Trainers.
  • Develop competency frameworks and job-competency mappings to supply and align Academy learning programs with organizational needs.
  • Design and implement Knowledge Management Systems to capture, structure, and transfer critical organizational knowledge.

Customer Experience Enhancement

  • Conduct service audits through surveys, mystery shopping, and mystery calling to identify gaps and recommend service improvements.
  • Develop service guidelines and standard operating procedures for frontline employees across multiple industries.
  • Design training materials and learning programs tailored to customer experience competencies and service standards.
  • Deliver and evaluate service learning initiatives to ensure measurable improvement in frontline performance.

Corporate Culture Activation

  • Define corporate culture values and translate them into concrete, actionable key behaviors applicable across all employee levels.
  • Design and implement initiatives to cascade key behaviors from senior leadership down to all levels of the organization.
  • Orchestrate team-building events and collaborative activities to strengthen cross-functional engagement and culture adoption.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree from any related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of working experience (fast learner fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  3. Preferred experience in consulting or professional services
  4. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  5. Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders including senior leadership
  6. Analytical and consultative thinking — able to translate complex business challenges into structured solutions
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  8. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  9. Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with ambiguity
