Work you will do

This role sits within the Customer and Marketing (C&M) team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which is a part of Deloitte that uses technology and creativity to better connect the customer with the business.
Better known as Deloitte Digital, we use emergent technology to imagine, deliver, and run entirely new business futures. We create innovative ventures, digital platforms, and more meaningful experiences.
As part of Customer & Applied Design team, you will help our clients to navigate a profitable path through new digital customer business models, offerings their customers will love, new digital experiences, and transformational end-to-end their digital strategies.
You will:

  • Translating business requirements into technical requirements
  • Gather technical requirements/ feedbacks/ comments from client's domain architects, solution architects, and various bank host systems system analysts
  • Work client technical team to provide solution design
  • Conduct technical requirement briefings with developers
  • Understand project cutovers for certain features and contribute in step by step procedures on how to implement new features
  • Preparing SQL Scripts (CRUD)
  • Understand system architecture
  • Preparing the work flow which connects the various host systems
  • Prepare technical requirement documentation
  • Identifying changes to certain APIs or UI designs (Fields name/ field types/ field validation/ API execution flow)
  • Designing the JSON/ XML request and response structure
  • Identifying the host systems which needs to be connected by the frontend application
  • Documenting the business logic which needs to be applied into the backend codes

If you are someone with:
  • Technical background or understanding on how a backend system would work
  • Understanding on how APIs work
  • Understanding on how system architecture would work
  • Understanding on how system integration works
  • Ability to communicate technical requirements/ problems for non-technical personnel
  • Basic SQL (CRUD) skills
  • Experience in Financial/ Bank Industry would be helpful but not necessary
  • Must be able to independently lead meetings with clients
  • Must be able to build relationships with clients and internal team
