Role Description

This is a on-site Construction Site Engineer role based in Kelapa Gading and other province. The Construction Site Engineer oversees daily construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to structural designs, safety regulations, and company standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with civil and structural engineers, drafting technical drawing, supervising site teams, monitoring progress, and reporting on issues and milestones. The role involves conducting quality control checks, reviewing technical drawings, resolving site-related problems, and ensuring materials and equipment are used efficiently. The Construction Site Engineer also communicates regularly with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong structural engineering and civil engineering skills for building and helipad projects.
• Candidates should possess on-site supervision skills and experience managing day-to-day construction activities.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with site teams, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess quality control skills to ensure work meets technical specifications and safety standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in building or helipad construction projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Ability to drafting technical drawing
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and structural calculations.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on site in Jabodetabek, Kalimantan and other countries.
