Job Description

We are a digital marketing agency acting as a recruitment partner on behalf of one of our clients in the construction and interior design industry (RN Contractors).

The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall execution of construction and interior design projects, covering planning, team coordination, on-site supervision, and final project handover to the client. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project work plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Lead, coordinate, and monitor design teams, procurement, and on-site execution teams.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
  • Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.
  • Manage project changes (change orders) and project risks effectively.
  • Conduct quality inspections and ensure project milestones are achieved as planned.
  • Prepare project handover documentation and conduct final project evaluations.

Note: This position will be directly employed by our client (construction & interior company (RN Contractors)). Our agency supports the recruitment process only.
