IKM covers all types of Lightweight Steel Structure, Prefabricated building, Container Houses etc.

Role Description

Especially responsible for execution and successful completion of projects from technical wise.

Ensure all works are done in accordance with drawings and specifications.

Coordinate and liaise with clients, architects, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers.

Deliver construction progress on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.

Management for project schedule, project progress especially technical wise.

Proficient in project skill training for the project team.

Qualifications

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil)

2. Must be able to speak English actively, passive is NOT accepted. Mandarin is an advantage

3. Required skill(s): possess effective skills and knowledge in reading building plan, site monitoring, ability to oversee the entire process and knowledgeable in project management, excellent communication and proficient in AutoCAD, ms office and ms project, Proven track record in project management of construction projects

4. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the steel structure, civil installation and infrastructure

5. Good technical of steel structure production in the workshop

6. Minimum managed one project design of steel structure and civil

7. Strong ability to work efficiently under great pressure.

8. Preferably Manager specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
