Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from the initiation to completion.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and financial goals.
Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workers to ensure quality workmanship.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
Review and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents.
Collaborate with engineers, QA/QC, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure the construction timeline.
Monitor project progress and prepare reports for senior management.
Implement and enforce quality control and risk management procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Have min 6 years of experience in construction project management with at least 2 years in managerial level.
Proven track record of successfully completing commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in construction management administration.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
High integrity is a must
OSHA certification and PMP (Project Management Professional) certification (preferred).
