Key Responsibilities
Construction & MEP Management
- Lead and manage all CSA & MEP construction activities on site.
- Coordinate MEP works with civil, architectural, and structural teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Guide & Supervise MEP subcontractors and vendors / GC / PMC to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and approved methods.
- Ensure construction activities align with project schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
- Manage the commissioning strategy, plans, and schedules to achieve RFS.
- Lead white space fit out activities.
- Ensure all test results, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and training are completed and approved.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Enforce compliance with HSE requirements and site safety standards.
- Implement QA/QC procedures for all CSA & MEP.
- Ensure works comply with local authorities requirements, codes, and international standards (IEC, NFPA, TIA, ASHRAE).
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Act as key technical interface between client, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
- Chair relevant construction coordination meetings.
- Provide regular progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 1015 years of experience in construction, preferably in data centers, mission-critical
facilities, or large infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience managing commissioning and integrated testing for data centers.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequence, fit out, integration between CSA and MEP.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with international data center standards and best practices.
Preferred Skills
- Data center commissioning certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with Tier-rated data centers.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
