ABOUT JOB:

Construction Manager will act as the key site-based representative, responsible for construction management, engineering coordination, and client–contractor communication.

The selected candidate must be able to stay on-site in Indonesia for extended periods to ensure effective project execution and stakeholder coordination.

• Working Location: Subang (Relocation package provided)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage and oversee construction works, with strong focus on Architectural (ACS) and MEP systems

• Act as the main communication focal point between:

- Internal teams

- Client representatives

- Contractors and subcontractors

• Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements
• Lead and coordinate site teams to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery
• Review engineering drawings, technical submissions, and shop drawings
• Utilize AutoCAD and engineering tools to support construction coordination
• Prepare and manage site reports, progress updates, and issue tracking
• Provide strong leadership on site, resolving technical and construction challenges proactively

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven strong experience in construction works, particularly:

• ACS (Architectural & Construction Scope)
• MEP systems

- Excellent site management and coordination skills

- Strong engineering knowledge, including:

• AutoCAD
• Technical documentation
• Construction reporting

- Outstanding communication skills with internal teams, clients, and contractors

- Demonstrated leadership capability in managing multidisciplinary site teams

- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

- Willing and able to stay in Indonesia for several months continuously, not limited to short-term (2‑month) rotations
