Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in construction project management
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Job Responsibilities

Plan and manage construction projects from initiation to completion
Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
Supervise on-site construction activities and staff
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
