Construction Lead

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Construction Lead manages and controls all aspects on construction process. He/she will lead project leaders to manage the project. He/she will also responsible to cooperate with all related parties, including others department and division before, during, and after the construction period.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor Degree or higher, with strong background in structure or comes from Civil Engineering / Architecture Engineering
2. Fluent in English, proficient
3. Strong analytical and systematical thinking
4. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience working as a project management, construction management consultant or contractor
5. Good design skill, good ability to read technical drawing
6. Thorough and precise detail check manner
7. Possesses strong leadership
8. Good negotiation skill
9. Advance computer application: Microsoft Office application, AutoCAD, SAP, or ETABS (preferable)
