We are proud to announce that we are currently seeking enthusiastic candidates for the following position:

CONSTRUCTION FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all the finance and accounting operations for construction projects to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff to build a high-performing finance team.
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets, cash flow, forecasting and project cost control.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
  • Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and site teams to align financial planning with project progress.
  • Develop and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve efficiency.
  • Support audits and financial reviews by internal and external parties.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management for business decision-making.
  • Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and controls to ensure efficiency and transparency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in the construction,real estate development, or property development.
  • Strong knowledge of project-based accounting, cost control, taxation, budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in XERO, Odoo or other accounting software, and advanced in Excel or spreadsheets.
  • CPA / Brevet certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Based in Lombok or willing to relocate.
